What forms of payment are accepted?
We encourage payments via Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay with credit cards, bank transfers, and debit cards. You can pay instantly, even without a PayPal account. We also can be mailed checks or well concealed cash.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes we are happy to, however, we usually will require additional shipping.

Where do I mail check/concealed cash to?
If you want to mail us a check or concealed cash please email us at monstersarewaiting@mac.com  and we will send you further instructions.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you experience any problems with your order please email monstersarewaiting@mac.com with a detailed explanation of the problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How soon will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. It can be as soon as the next day or as late as 10 days depending on what is going on in the world of MAW. You will recieve an email confirmation to let you know that your order as shipped.
